Jess is amazing! I love ice cream and Cold Stone does it well. We always have a good experience here. But, tonight, we got fantastic service from Jess! She listened very carefully, separated my wife's ice cream because of her nut allergy, and made sure we were quite happy with our order. With service like that, and the great ice cream, we will be back soon!

The young ladies here Do Not Listen! I ordered a Mocha Frappe with caramel drizzle. The young lady with the glasses started making the frappe. When I saw her pour caramel into the blender, I asked if she was making a caramel frappe? She said "Yes!" I informed her that I ordered a Mocha Frappe with caramel drizzle. She got frustrated and said. "I'll make a new one". Exactly one week ago, I ordered a Mocha Frappe with caramel drizzle. The black young lady made a caramel frappe. I told her that I ordered a Mocha Frappe with caramel drizzle. She got frustrated and said "I'll make a new one". For a $4.75 coffee drink, you should be very attentive and listen to the order given by the customer. The young lady today made my frappe raggedy. She did not let the ice blend well. It is so much ice in my frappe that I had to let it sit in the sun and melt for over 40 minutes. Since this has happened twice. The third time will not be a charm. I Will Not Return To Patronize An Establishment That Hires People With Selective Hearing. They hear what they want to hear and pay no attention to the customer. Do Yourself A Favor And Go Somewhere Else For Ice cream that has good customer service. The fountains, right across the street has several ice cream parlors with very pleasant people to serve you.

Great place to go if you want to wait 20 minutes in line while they have six employees not servicing anyone in it.the person who rang me up also did not understand why I was giving them 10.50 for a $5.49 purchase. No one wants all that change. And I wasn't even offered a spoon oh, so I guess I don't need to eat the food that I waited over 20 minutes for.

The icecream has hair in it and tastes like yeast. I do not recommend.

The only place to get ice cream, they'll make you whatever kind of concoction your craving, or want to experiment. They have time tested creations like my favorite, 'for coffee lovers only;" coffee ice cream, drizzled caramel, and heath toffee crunch bits. So delicious.
